Basma is a RYT- 200 certified & registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, from Cairo, Egypt. She teaches Vinyasa Flow classes, all offered in a fun and accessible way. Her classes focus on the physical as well as spiritual aspect of yoga, starting with a dynamic flow and ending with deep relaxation.

Dahlia Helmy

Dahlia stumbled into her first yoga class in 2006 & found peace. By 2010, She became a 500hr certified yoga teacher. She’s also a qualified prenatal yoga teacher. Dahlia focuses on alignment & always tries to maintain a playful environment in class where people can experiment and learn about themselves.

Farida Abou Eldahab

Farida spent 12 years of her life as a professional squash player. Slowly, she developed into a health and fitness enthusiast and was first introduced to yoga in 2013 after struggling with a back injury. She completed a 200hr Ashtanga yoga teacher training course and 100 hours of rocket yoga. She strongly believes that finding the right balance is the key to a happy life.

Haley Withers

Haley is a wanderer, a yogi, & a lover of life & people. She believes that yoga is a way for people to connect with themselves and with those around them. She likes to flow, float, and wiggle herself through her practice and through life. She holds a 200hr certification from Kranti Yoga in Goa, India. She has practiced and taught yoga around the world on her many travels.

Hannah Cooper


Hannah took up yoga in 2008. Looking for physical exercise and a chance to relax, she ended up finding more. In July 2015, she traveled to Rishikesh, India where she underwent a 200 hour intensive training in Ashtanga yoga. Paired with her experience as a student, this provided her the basics in helping others form a practice of their own.

Soha is a part-time dentist, part-time yogi. She earned her 200HR certification from world peace yoga school in Rishikesh after realizing how much the practice added to her life & how passionate she is about teaching. It had a great effect on my nervous system. In Goa, India, I found my Karma & completed my Ashtanga yoga teacher training.

Ujjayi (victorious) breath, once practiced correctly helps make poses easier and deeper.
