The Hidden Healthy: Fruit Yogurt Popsicles

The heat is slowly creeping up on us, which makes the kids even more restless when it comes to food. This week I’ve combined the concept of something cold to counter the heat, and added the element of fun! When I say fun, I simply mean placing something on a stick. For some odd reason, it makes the kids feel like they’re eating something super exciting!

The ingredients are simple and healthy!

Prep time: 5 minutes



  • Strawberry flavored yogurt

  • Plain yogurt

  • 2 bananas

  • Honey

Note: using Greek yogurt is the healthiest option, but if it’s not already in your fridge, use normal yogurt

Any mold will do! The funner the better :)



Step 1: Smash two bananas or any other fruit you would like to use. Absolutely all alternatives will work just fine.

Step 2: Mix in one of the strawberry yogurt with half of the plain yogurt

Step 3: Add honey to the mixture to taste

Step 4: Place inside an ice cube mold or a popsicle mold if you have one

Step 5: Insert popsicle sticks then leave in the freezer until solid
