Suzy fell in love with yoga 10 years ago when she used her practice to fix a back injury. Every since then she has been committed to finding ways to heal the body and loves to share her knowledge in her classes. Her style of yoga can be dynamic yet she supplies many variations so that the yoga is accessible to every level. Also, she likes to incorporate adjustments during the class to help students relax more into the postures and find proper alignment. She works to design her classes to gradually open up the entire body in a variety of directions so that you leave your mat feeling both energized in your body and relaxed in your mind.
