Sarah is a 200hr certified yoga instructor, certified Air Yoga instructor and also a nutritionist. She shares the healing she experienced through yoga and health education with her students. Wellness and self-care are her passion. When teaching, she hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically and emotionally providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives on and off the mat.
