Sarah started her Ashtanga Yoga journey in 2011. As an asthmatic, pranayama has an ultimate importance. Ujjayi breath, once practiced correctly helps make poses easier & deeper. Yoga also played a role during her pregnancy when she learned to slow down, listen to her body & enjoy a whole other aspect of her practice.

October's schedule:

Sundays & Tuesdays at 6:30pm: Ashtanga at Nūn Center, Zamalek
