
Around 2012, Salma was introduced to yoga as a means for movement. She learned more about mind and body wellness than she ever did during her long years in med school. Apart from allowing her to eat as much pie as she wants, yoga has created so much space for her physically and mentally that she can only try and pass it on in her teaching; all while honoring the importance of individual needs for individual bodies.
