
Reem has always believed in playing; because your mind is more open when you play. And that’s what she did – she played. She’s done it all – tennis, swimming, basketball, badminton, cross-fit, pole fitness– but her heart finally settled on yoga. Never in her wildest dreams did she think she would run away to India to take her Ashtanga teacher training, but she did and was never the same again. She turned her focus inward, developing also her spiritual side by becoming a Reiki practitioner. And to keep her playful side, she also become an Air Yoga Instructor. She goes by her motto “when was the last time you did something for the first time?” which is why she’s always exploring and taking leaps of faith. She believes there are 3 things better off rich - chocolate, coffee and ice-cream! Now you know how to get on her good side ;)
