Mira’s yoga journey started by coincidence in 2015 when she used to suffer from a severe back and shoulder pain due to sitting on the desk every day. She tried a yoga class in the gym where she felt so relaxed and physically better, so she decided to explore yoga more by practicing in the cultural center of Maulana Azad through the Indian Embassy.
By 2017, she had practiced different types of yoga such as Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyassa, Ashtanga, Air yoga and meditation and she joined several retreats. She took her 200hr YTTC in Hatha, Asthanga, and Vinyassa in India in Dec. 2017. She experienced the full capacity of human nature and how we develop ourselves beyond our limits. She learned about the importance of achieving the balance between body, mind and soul, how to cultivate inner peace and spread positive energy among others.
Her whole perspective about life has dramatically changed. She understood that it is not just about doing poses it’s much more than that. She believes that practicing yoga can help millions of people, not only physically but also spiritually. Ever since, she's been teaching yoga and she aims to help millions of people who suffer from chronic physical or psychological pain that affects their quality of life.
