Extra Firm Homemade Tofu (You can get Dina's recipe from her instagram account here)
1 3/4 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Stevia Extract
2 3/4 cups Peanut Flour (grounded unsalted peanuts)
1/4 tsp Salt
Step 1: Ground the peanuts to make peanut flour.
Step 2: Mix the tofu, almonds milk and peanut flour together.
Step 3: Add the Vanilla extract and Stevia extract and salt.
