
Farida started as professional squash player & slowly became a health & fitness enthusiast & was introduced to yoga in 2013 after struggling with a back injury. She completed a 200hr Ashtanga YTT course and 100 hours of rocket yoga. She strongly believes that finding the right balance is the key to a happy life.
