Farida Abou Eldahab

Farida started as professional squash player & slowly became a health & fitness enthusiast & was introduced to yoga in 2013 after struggling with a back injury. She completed a 200hr Ashtanga YTT course and 100 hours of rocket yoga. She strongly believes that finding the right balance is the key to a happy life.


October's schedule:

Sunday, Tuesdays, Thursdays at 11:30am: Power Vinyasa for Her at The Two Twenty, Alexandria

Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30pm: Power Vinyasa
