Ahmed started practicing in 2016 after a stressful phase in his life as a way to handle his anxiety and panic attacks. This is when he felt the impact of yoga not only with anxiety but with physical strength and injury treatment as well. Since then, he was focused on learning more about yoga. He got several teacher trainings, completed his 200hr TTC and became certified as an Air yoga and Baptiste Power yoga teacher. His aim is to share what he learned through yoga and showcase its impact on mind, body and soul.


Ahmed's schedule

Saturdays at 12:30pm: Air Yoga at Yalla Yoga, Heliopolis

Mondays at 7:00pm: Power Yoga at Yalla Yoga, Heliopolis

Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30pm: Air Yoga at Yalla Yoga, Heliopolis
